Privacy Policy
This policy describes how this website handles information. It is deliberately short, because the website is built to collect as little as possible.
What this website collects
Nothing is stored on this website's servers about you. The site is a set of static pages. It has no user accounts, no databases of visitor information, and no tracking cookies.
- The enquiry form does not submit anything to us. It only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you review and send from your own number. Until you press send inside WhatsApp, nothing leaves your device.
- One small preference is stored in your own browser (localStorage): the fact that you accepted the Bar Council disclaimer, so the notice is not shown on every visit. It stays on your device and expires after 90 days.
- Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and troubleshooting, as almost every website does. These are not used to profile visitors.
Third-party services
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, or open our location on Google Maps, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies. WhatsApp conversations sit in your WhatsApp account and ours, not on this website.
Information you share with the firm
Anything you tell us in a consultation or enquiry is handled with the confidentiality the legal profession requires, and in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We use it only to assess and handle your matter, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.
