Advocate Ekansh Dhingra (BBA LL.B, LL.M) is an experienced and leading lawyer based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, with more than 11 years of experience in the legal profession. He is a Founding Partner of EY Associates and is actively practising before the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Principal Bench at Jabalpur, the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Jabalpur, civil courts and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Advocate Ekansh Dhingra completed his BBA LL.B. from Symbiosis International University and subsequently completed his LL.M. from Renaissance University, Indore.

His professional career includes experience with established legal professionals and organisations in Delhi and Madhya Pradesh. His earlier professional experience includes working with Hammurabi & Solomon, New Delhi, and KPMG Global Services, in addition to internships and legal research assignments involving the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, arbitration, corporate law and litigation.

Yashvardhan co-founded the firm and anchors its litigation practice: civil and commercial suits, arbitration, property disputes, and criminal and matrimonial matters before the district courts and the Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur.

His approach favours preparation over theatre. Pleadings are drafted to survive scrutiny, hearings are argued from the record, and clients hear an update after every date, not only when something dramatic happens.
