Two advocates, one standard of work

Ekansh co-founded EY Associates in 2018 and leads the firm’s banking and recovery practice. His working week runs through DRT Jabalpur, where the firm files and defends recovery matters for lenders, borrowers and guarantors, and through the commercial work that flows from them: settlements, corporate advisory and NCLT proceedings.

Clients tend to remember two things about him: the file is always read before the meeting, and the advice comes in plain language, in Hindi or English, with the risks stated up front.

Yashvardhan co-founded the firm and anchors its litigation practice: civil and commercial suits, arbitration, property disputes, and criminal and matrimonial matters before the district courts and the Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur.

His approach favours preparation over theatre. Pleadings are drafted to survive scrutiny, hearings are argued from the record, and clients hear an update after every date, not only when something dramatic happens.
