EY Associates was founded in 2018 by two advocates who wanted to practise law the way clients actually need it: straight answers, careful paperwork, and representation that shows up prepared. The firm advises corporates, financial institutions, startups and individuals across a full range of practice areas.

How we practise
Plain answers first
Before strategy comes an honest reading of where you stand. If a claim is weak, we say so at the first meeting, not after two years of hearings. Clients make better decisions when the position is put to them plainly, and the firm was built on that habit.
Prepared, not performative
Most matters are won in the file long before they are won in the courtroom. We read every page, reconcile every account, and draft as though the other side will test each sentence. Courtroom flourish is no substitute for a record that holds.
One firm, many forums
A recovery matter may begin at DRT Jabalpur, travel to the DRAT, and touch the High Court or the NCLT on the way. Clients deal with one team throughout. We brief specialised counsel where a matter truly needs it, and we say so when it does.
